Is a retired Senior Marine Corps Executive Leader and Veteran with over 30 years of experience supporting Combat Operations, Civil Unrest and Emergency Response Operations, both Domestically and Internationally. Following the Great Tohoku 9.0 Earthquake and Tsunami natural disaster that struck Eastern Honshu, Japan, in March 2011, and the subsequent nuclear disaster at Fukashima Power Plant, Tony deployed to the impacted area and directed all intelligence support, while serving as the J2 (Senior Intelligence Manager), to all US military forces involved in humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations in support of the government and peoples of Japan for Operation Tomodachi, in order to curtail human suffering and speed recovery efforts. Tony has supported and advised local and Federal law enforcement authorities during the Los Angeles Riots in April 1992, and has managed crisis management / continuity of operations planning (COOP) at the National Counter-terrorism Center in Washington, DC while assigned there from 2004 to 2009.
Is President of Tax Recovery Services, LLC (TRS) in Washington State. TRS contracts to perform various types of tax audits on national, international and regional corporations for cities in Washington State. Currently, TRS has contracts with seven cities and has worked with several other cities in the past. Mr. Crisp has served as a Financial Analyst, Special Assistant to the City Manager (Tacoma) and as a Trustee on the City of Tacoma's Retirement Board which oversees investments worth more than one billion dollars. He is a veteran of the United States Army and holds a BA in Business, a BS in Accounting, and an MBA degree. Mr. Crisp is a Christian and attends Lighthouse Christian Center in Puyallup, WA.
